Is it even possible for working as a fairy to become routine? I am still really enjoying my job, I just think maybe I should be making more of an effort to see my friends in the evenings. Saw Alice in the street today and felt like I shouldda had more to say to her and Humfrey. Doesn't look like she'll be about to meet up much,and she was the one who normally put me in touch with Leo, Nomes and Lors. Ah well, I will just have to make an effort and make phonecalls. Am back in St Andrews this weekend, for the Gold and Green Ball, Sam's birthday and to see Chris. Ugh the money I'm loosing from taking time off work! The pain!! Should be GREAT to see Sam and Steve tho! :-)
Will I ever earn enough money to actually have some to spend ever again!?!

Painless Jobhunting! le shock

Wow. So I got back on Monday, went jobhunting round town on Tuesday having spent ages on the phone being conned into a new mobile which I am shipping straight back cos video camera prettiness or not, I CANNOT AFFORD A CONTRACT!!!

So I had out a few CV's, Jimmy and I fill in some forms (How I have missed my Fag-hag role and my Darling Sexy Jimmy1!!).
I hang about the toyshop after handing in my CV just to look around and end up being given a shift 12-4pm on Wed. On Wed, it appears I am hired on a progressively heading towards full time basis!

So Wed, I was all in a pretty skirt, fairy wings and balloons.
I advertised for three hours, and spent the other being given info on the different toys.

On Thur I was till-trained, ran some erands, and did some time as a fairy princess advertising(I upgraded to having a crown and a wand!)

Today, I had a king to accompany me in handing out leaflets and that made advertising time go much quicker. yay! King Chris was cool, we chatted about gigs and stuff. He's worked with Elaina my boss before, and was just down to help for a day.
We went back to the shop cos it got busy, so I was talking customers through various toys, serving on the till and playing around.

Tomorrow I get to be a Knight! YAY!!!

Still not revised....still not completely packed. Ugh.
HOWEVER! Did sort out touchy issue with the boyfriend without fighting or upsetting anyone. It's discussed and resolved to a satisfactory degree! Wow!

My academic Mummy is off to the US of A and I will muchly muchly miss her! *le boo hoo et le sob* She is the bestest and will have to come visit my cottage!

I Won't Revise

You may have heard this. I thought it best to leave in the alcohol/drugs-related lines to preserve its poetic charm.....but as a good little Mormon girl I would have substituted some vaguely 'sugar-high' related sentence lol.

Scary thing is, I really haven't started revising yet!
But heck, its only first year!!!
I never revised at school either...I'm a slacker!

To the tune 'I will survive'
